Our Management Team and Contractors

Our Fit Services team service our client’s requirements as per their specification. This is managed by our local Operations Managers, Head Office team and Managing Directors.

We pride ourselves on communication with our clients. Our managers are contactable at any time via mobile phone, twenty four (24) hours a day and via our WhatsApp communication platform. As part of their role, our Operations Managers provide weekly, monthly and periodic inspections and reports for all clients on our services and their satisfaction.

Fit Services Australia can meet any of our customers’ requirements via our team of dedicated staff or via the deployment of our strategic alliance service provider partners.

All staff and contractors are security screened and subject to police checks.

We believe it is essential to the overall performance of our company to provide a structured Training and Quality Control program to suit our client’s individual requirements. Together with good management and constant supervision, we are confident of providing the quality of cleaning and maintenance any organisation requires.

Our People and Safety

Fit Services Australia understands that the safety of the workplace is of paramount importance and has developed and successfully implemented a proven workplace health and safety management system which includes strictly regulated procedures, safety awareness and risk management programmes.

Fit Services Australia believes in effectively training, managing and reporting safe work methods through innovative safety procedures that deliver consistent safe work practices.

Our Environment

Fit Services Australia is committed to operating environmentally responsible. Our cleaners and management are trained to achieve an environmentally responsible workplace through their actions and by reporting any environmental incidents to management as soon as they occur.

Once these events have been reported we will ensure they are investigated and action is taken to eliminate or control these risks as required by Law. The key to our environmental compliance, and pollution avoidance is the training of our cleaning teams. We measure our environmental performance through our regular workplace inspections and will report this performance to the management team and our Clients. Our aim is to have an incident free workplace.
